This page explains how fees work on Zamasho. Buyer and seller fees are separate — please read both sections below.
For sellers
Zamasho does not charge sellers any marketplace commission. When you make a sale, you receive the full product price from that order. We do not deduct platform commission, listing fees, or hidden charges from your seller earnings.
- 0% marketplace commission on your sales
- No seller-side payment processing fee deducted from your earnings for standard sales
- Seller wallet is always kept in USD — order amounts in other currencies are converted to USD when credited
Currency conversion fee
When a buyer pays in a currency other than USD, your wallet is still credited in USD. A small currency conversion fee (2%) is deducted from the USD amount credited to your wallet. This covers payment processor FX costs — it is not charged to the buyer.
Orders already in USD are not subject to this fee.
If you choose to run an affiliate program on your products, any affiliate commission is set by you as the seller and is separate from Zamasho platform fees.
Withdrawal fees
Withdrawal fees are always in USD because seller balances are held in USD. A fee is taken out of the amount you request, so withdrawing $100 with a $2 fee pays out $98. You always see the exact fee and the amount you will receive before you confirm a withdrawal.

For buyers — online payment processing fees
When a buyer pays by card or online payment, a small processing fee may be added to the order total at checkout. This fee is paid by the buyer — not deducted from the seller's earnings. It covers secure payment handling and fraud protection.
Currency rules: percentage fees apply to your order total in the currency you choose at checkout. Fixed fee components are configured in USD and converted to your checkout currency using the current exchange rate.

Payment methods without buyer processing fees
These checkout options do not add platform payment processing fees when available:
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery — eligible physical orders
- Wallet balance — wallet is in USD only
Where fees are shown
- Checkout — buyer processing fees appear in the order summary before payment
- Checkout links — same fee rules apply to direct seller payment links
- Seller dashboard — your earnings show the sale amount; non-USD orders may show a currency conversion fee on wallet credits
